Foodtex EP Grease is specially compounded with NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved components, which has been registered by them, under Product Category H1 for the lubrication and protection of machinery used for the processing and packaging of foodstuffs, where incidental contact may occur. Registration Number 136489 Foodtex EP Grease is a non-melt, non-toxic, waterproof high performance EP product. It has been developed to ensure the most efficient operation of plant processing and packaging foodstuffs with the minimum possibility of harmful effects of contamination of the product by the lubricant. Foodtex EP Grease is made with a specifically refined white oil compounded with an inert non-soap base and it contains the most advance multifunctional additive which give EP and anti-wear properties and inhibits rust and corrosion. Foodtex EP Grease is completely resistant to water and steam. It is not affected by acids, alkalis or by aqueous solutions of most chemicals. The grease resists fruit and vegetable juices and it gives protection from brine. Foodtex EP Grease is exceptionally stable and long lasting, so that the application of the minimum amount is both economical and reduces the possibility of contamination. The special properties of Foodtex EP Grease make it suitable for a wide range of applications and because it is based on a stainless white oil, it is suitable for the lubrication of textile machinery.
